Run it as admin, disable your antivirus and firewall, after you open the trainer don't move the mouse away from its window, it tends to crash if you do that.

uninstall IE10+11 or Win8. Otherwise patch your legally purchased game to latest version and use latest trainer.

If you want to keep Windows 8, may I suggest dual booting Windows 7
