Feedback, Complaints or Problems

First off I wanna complain about the catcha login crap.
Im 35 years old and a SharePoint Architect. To make 45 mins to even try to log on is bs!
I am one of the main SharePoint Architects for Telenor Norway, and I would never in a million years think of pulling that catcha thing on their pages. I would been fired so fast its not even funny.

I do understand that you need to ramp up security of your pages, but this for sure aint the way to do it.
Either make the black white crap which makes 99 % of the letters impossible to read unless ur maybe 5 years old, or shorten down the lettering.

Captcha is used a lot of places, plus it's really easy, takes me 1 minute the whole login process. I don't know what being 35 years old have to do with 45 minutes of login. Telenor Norway is a phone company in norway, aswell there is Telenor Sweden and Telenor Denmark.

Actually it's not.... It's easier than the word ones....

you're only Five years older then me and i can login in under a minute.So not sure what you're age has to do with anything.Catcha is a great way to stop Logins from Bot Program's.

Our security measures are there to protect our member's accounts and we take that very seriously. Our site is attacked over 100,000 times per day, the majority of which being our login page as people try to farm UNL accounts. The captcha we use is provided by GOOGLE and is one of the most widely used on the Internet. If you are so old that you can no longer read then there is a nifty sound button where you can LISTEN to it instead. We will not be changing or disabling this security measure.

I am a UX designer and a web services to ui integration specialist with many custom web application architectures. I disagree with your opinion TC. It's even Section 508 compliant if you cannot handle the visual challenge.

Credentials don't mean anything.

Well given im born deaf.. that might be a little tricky,no?

I wear Glasses and even with mine off which caause blurryness. I can still log in under a minute.
