Unlock all parts, easy (one-hit) kills, instant fire (no reload for missiles or cannons). And this seems less possible, but maybe increase the spawn rate for enemies?

Not sure if this helps, but if you go into the files for the game in steamapps/common and rummage around in the data file there are a series of .json files. One of them is player.json. You can alter a bunch of values in it. Everything from the health of bodyparts to the interval with which weapons fire. It might give you a lead as to how to program a trainer.
Also with respect to infinite health, you need to be able to shut it off. Since there is no way to quit out if you've gotten all of the current challenges unlocked.

Trainer has infinite health and one hit kill and will be posted soon. I guess when you can manipulate the game's engine that easily you won't really miss an additional trainer feature and during the time I've played with the trainer infinite health itself makes it easily but with one hit kill you will finish all goals within a minute.
