Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi, This is my first post to the boards in 4 years. Yay! About 4 years ago I created this account and purchased a lifetime membership. I remember some time back I got an email saying my membership was being terminated and I would have to buy it again. Thats all I really remember. I didn't really care then because I was working a TON and didn't really have time. But alas, now I have more time and I was wondering if somebody would be kind enough to get me up to speed on why I have to buy the lifetime membership again.

That sounds a bit weird, I mean lifetime is Lifetime. So unless you died and then resurrected. It shouldn't have happened.

Yeah I am not too sure either. I have no way of proving I purchased the lifetime membership other than the stack of trainers I have kept over the years. I am financially secure so the 90 bucks or so for lifetime doesn't bother me but Its the fact that I did already have one. I just bought another lifetime membership so hopefully ill be able to keep this one...when my account gets updated that is lol

I bought mine a month after my first subscription. However If I lose mine, I'm in trouble too since mine was purchased with google pay xD

Your account was never LIFETIME. You had purchased either a single or multi-year membership and it expired on Jan 5th of this year. I currently see no payments from your registered email address. Email your receipt to chris@cheathappens.com.

People are confusing the unlimited and lifetime models alot since they offered the same things before, except the subscriber model privileges ended after a time.

Maybe you should consider a name change for the subscription model? It might just confuse more people though..
