To Answer Rudolph's question:
You have to download Artmoney. Just do a google search for it and install it. Once you have it loaded, adjust the search options to include 1-bit, 2-bit, 3-bit, 4-bit, & 8-bit. Go into Simcity and click on your University, Trade Center, whatever you want to upgrade QUICKLY. Alt-tab out of the game after you have the value and search for it. You will get a couple thousand hits. Go back into the game and wait for the value to change. When it does, scan for the NEW number via the filter option on Artmoney. When you get down to about 10 or so values (or less), its easy to find the value.
REMEMBER with the University you are changing the BOTTOM Value to a max of 6000. That will allow you to IMMEDIATELY upgrade the University and not have to wait until you have enough students.
This value search and replace works for the Trade Center Headquarters, Oil Headquarters, Metals Headquarters, and even Omega Headquarters.

The trading/technology/omega co tower upgrades are easy if you make your city develop processors/tv/computers from the start.

I agree with the person that suggested for ControlNet on the trainer. I also would like to request for less pollution or even fast production/shipments.

I've taken a look on the requests. It's possible to add but it will be A LOT OF work on updating when the game patches. So please tell me the most important missing features, everything else which is a nice to have will not be added.

Well, my suggestion would be faster research & faster production of manufacturing goods. Fixing the population so that it actually counts towards the real population, such as job filling would be nice, too. I tried using CoSMOS's speed up option in Simcity, but it does not work. I don't have anything else to request. Thanks 0x90 for all your hard work on this.
