Nah, you can't do anything. Got this too. I have to rerun the entire game.
Caused by Add XP option.

Well that sucks. You have to replay the entire game again to be able to use the fart option? Has it been confirmed that if you do not use the Add XP option but use the others such as Unlimited PP and Group God Mode that you will be able to have a mana bar and fart in battle with the magic tab?

You can use CoSMOS to max out your level and you will still get the combat farts.
