It's this idiot, the one outside the C-Sec outpost on the Presidium. All the information on the internet on this case is about not finding the item he wants in the Spectre Terminal, well I don't have that problem since I found it in the actual mission. Problem is this retarded idiot does not give me the possibility to interact with him.

I am very mad and would like someone to tell me if this has a fix, would really prefer not to give up on easy EMS for the final mission.

Is that the one that needs something for the hatchlings and says he will name the first born after ya? I got him done alright. Although I cant remember if I got the stuff on the mission or after it tho.

Is this the heating unit stabilizer side mission? You won't find the item in the spectre terminal unless you complete the "Cerberus Fighter Base" mission without collecting the unit. Since you found it on the mission, go check the spectre terminal anyway and see if its there to purchase then go back to the salarian. This mission has been reported as for some people.

It's not there, I picked it up. Really just need some tips on how to get the interact thing to come back up. Already loaded/reloaded several times and left the area. Only thing not done is complete a major mission, guess I will try that.
