Cannot Access Account. Security?

    I didn't want to make another post however that one is locked and offers zero information.

    There was a recent change apparently requiring an email login instead of a username which seems to not function for some of us. I have one such account. This is a very recent change and there has been no communication regarding this at all with folks who have paid money for this service.

    Should we be worried about a security breach and possibly change our information? The email showing up as not in the system as the error message makes it seem like there was a data loss. Why weren't we notified of this change and new requirement prior to it happening? This would've helped many people make sure everything was on the up and up with what they had used as well.

    Customers should be made aware of any issues so we can protect ourselves in the case of a security breach or data loss (at the least the option to). We should also be notified prior to these changes so that we aren't reliant on your support system or overloading it.

    I just tested it and it works fine. Are you sure you are using your actual email address that was for that account?

    There has not been any security breach. We just changed the way the login works. There was a post about this over the weekend but it has been removed. You'd be surprised how many people use faulty emails or doesn't update their accounts when they change emails and then ***** about not receiving any support emails when they forget their password.

    Indeed. So many just do not keep records of their own details. Even that do them properly for that matter.

    It's possible the email address might be different I won't rule that out as I have multiple. I usually use certain email addresses when I'm paying for something though. My information for each registration or website is kept in an excel spreadsheet as I have a large family. I end up creating and making accounts for multiple minors on top of our information.

    I already went through the email and support links so hopefully my specific issue is resolved.

    It was a complete shock after all this time. I've never personally encountered a single issue with staff, website, or the service until recently.

    Thanks for the response as I was worried. It's a never ending cycle as I've had our information compromised via several large retailers and even companies like Disney/Chase.
