I have tried downloading and unzipping several trainers now and they are showing an "archive is either in an unknown format or damaged" error message.

I am using Winrar and the download seemed to have worked properly. I am not getting any obvious interference from Anti virus either (Avast, however I have added the path the files are in as an exception).

Why is this happening now, my account is still "unlimited" access.

The download is completely and mostly caused by any security software (even if they don't come up with a window telling you). You might also try out a different web browser, especially Chrome seems to cause some issues lately.

As 90 points out some good information for this. I can inform you that AVG and FireFox has no issues downloading trainers.
