I can't kill the woman who breaks the gas viles. I freeze her but can't get any void or Chaos damage

I can't kill the woman who breaks the gas viles. I freeze her but can't get any void or Chaos damage to drop her health bar

Freeze her constantly. She went down with one hit after that (with the damage option on).
Btw, she could really help promoting the importance of oral hygiene for children.

Thanks, I had to freeze her with the Void and Kill her with the Chaos. I couldn't do both with the void sword.
