Hello I am new to this site. I just got a new Lenovo Y510P. when I download the offline trainer manager and extract the file it disappears. I am not sure which program is deleting the file. I disabled the Windows Smartscreen and tried to extract the file again and it just disappears from the fold. The computer came with McAfee antivirus. Im not really sure what to do now. Thank you for your time.

uninstall McAfee and find a better AV solution such as Malwarebytes Antimalware or Windows Defender.
