I'm not sure what's wrong, it's very odd.

I uploaded a new version of the latest trainer. Delete your old one, download the new one and extract it to a new place on your hard drive. See if it works any better. If not, then we will have to find a time to do a TeamViewer session to troubleshoot the issue directly on your PC.

Hey it works!
At first I moved the file(as suggested) to a different folder on the same drive and it didn't work. Then I thought maybe I should try it on the same drive the game is on and now it works. May not have needed the update, sorry about that.
I use every other trainer from that same original folder and it never mattered which drive the trainer or game was on.

No, the updated file likely helped also, I just noticed in a recent TeamViewer session with another customer that moving the file to different locations would sometimes yield a different result. Anyway, glad you got it working.
I have the gog version of banished and the trainer isn't finding the game. Any advice?
Yes, the trainer is written for the STEAM version of the game.
