It looks like there is an update for the graphics cards' driver, so I will try again once the update is finished to see if that solves the problem.
EDIT: After updating my driver, it is no different. And I can't roll back, due to there be nothing to roll back to except to what it was before I just updated.

Download an older version, they'll be archived on nvidia and amd's sites. Uninstall the current one, install the older one.

Also I know that Nvidia drivers are extracted to a folder on your system drive called Nvidia before being installed, so you might not need to download an older driver, you might find your older one there.
That's if you have an Nvidia card to begin with, dunno if the same process is done by AMD.
