I screwed up my national ideas and I didn't get the Exploration idea group so now I can't hire conquistadors, and explorers.
is there anyway I can edit or mod so either I can replace one of idea group with exploration idea group or make it so that there are more idea slots?(i actually have 10 atm due to mod maybe i can have 12?)
