What should i do to get a retired game that is not getting a updated trainer for example steam is and has bin for a while now accepting old games that are being retired on and still updating them is it possible that we can get a retired game unretired so trainers can be made for them by using credits system or something similar?

the title got messed up i know x.x didnt mean it to be spelled like that when i typed x.x
