General Discussions

1) Does a Trainer have to be requested before it's created (say, Oniken) ?
2) Do all credits for a Trainer have to be bought before it's created (say, Double Dragon Neon)?

1) Yes except triple A titles
2) A title must reach the requested credits before we're going to take a look on it. Buying credits is optional you still get credits over time when you're an unlimited member.
