Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I am running windows 7 64 ult (I actually need/use ultimate features) with IE 8. I purchased the retail version of BF4 a few days ago.

The first thing I did was move the exe into the the same folder as the BF4_x86.exe and right click on the CH.exe to give it admin permissions.

I run the trainer with admin permissions, then I run the BF4_x86.exe and play the campaign. I push f1 and nothing, I alt tab to the ch.exe and push it and noticed if I spam the F1 key it says very quickly "game not found!" on the bottom of the trainer.

I checked my task manager to make sure there wasn't multiple BF4.exe/BF4_x86.exe running or something stupid like that and it all checked good.

When I DONT launch the game and I push F1 I hear some dude that says the game can't be found. When the game is running I don't hear that.

I have NO antivirus/firewall I also have the windows firewall permanently disabled. All of my software is legit, nothing pirated here.

Any ideas?

What version is your game and what version is your trainer?

Thanks I did read those posts already and didn't find any solution.

Granted I didn't read all 26 pages of the last post.

I was running the latest BF4 version patched from retail disk 1.0 and had the latest trainer.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game v1.0 and did not patch to try and use the first version of the trainer and that didn't work so I tried the next 4 versions and those didn't work as well.

After that I went ahead and patched to the latest BF4 version again and tried the latest trainer without any luck so I just went past the main menu and played the game.

Then I tried F1 and IT WORKED! so your instructions were very misleading and actually seemed to be the reason why I couldn't get it to work. I had to go past the main menu and start playing for the trainer to start working.

I didn't even bother loading the level before because it didn't say activated.

Your instruction:"6) When you get to main menu, Press F1 and listen for 'ACTIVATED'"

It worked for several levels and now it is back to not working again even after making a new campaign. So I am right back where I started.

Sorry, but I have no further advice. You can post your issue on the official trainer thread on the BF4 board and see if anyone else has experienced a similar problem. Everything works fine in our testing.
