Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I really screwed up. I ran Malware Bytes last night and had deleted LOTS of stuff that came up. None of my trainers work now as they can't be authenticated.

If any of you have a fix to this issue, I would love to get it back working how it was.

Basically the error that I'm getting is the Trainer can't be authenticated without an internet connection. I'm running windows 7 64 bit.

If I could send out cookies to the fellas that help I'd do it. But on a serious note, I feel like an idiot and just want to fix the problem.

Any help or support would be GREATLY appreciated.

First disable the malware program completely and run the trainers as admin, if that doesnt help check if IE10 or 11 are installed in the windows update, if they are remove them and roll back to IE9.

Thanks for the response. I figured it out. I use Firefox, so when I went into IE, I had noticed that it was set to directing to a proxy. Turned that off and I'm good to go!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the help. I would have never have thought the problem was right there the whole time and I just didn't notice.
