Hello,
I recently renewed my membership and now every time I try and load a trainer i get the invalid trainer user message. Ive disabled all firewalls and VP, cleared my cache, plugged my modem directly into my pc, and set the file to run as admin, any more suggestions???

By telling us 'cleared my cache' what cache exactly are you talking about? If it isn't the IE then clear the IE cache and perform a reboot.

Also you may need to download the trainers again.

You had a trial account that was allowed to expire and now your system has cached the block. You will need to clear all browsers, system and network device caches and reboot everything. If that doesn’t work, your ISP may have it cached and you will have to wait for it to clear on its own.
