Can someone tell me the Solution of the third Puzzle with the Boilers?

Hi,
Use your dragon as a mount and follow the pipes to the island with the boiler on it, a short clip will play then pick up the seal. If the clip doesn't play try dismounting then summoning Ragul to you. @Diamondis
