    Ok first I'd like to point out that the login captcha is by far the most tedious thing to deal with, especially when you are sitting there for 30 @#$*& minutes trying to input a god damn "security token". You guys need to change this nonsense right away.. it's annoying and just stupid in general. Secondly, you need to implement a General Discussion forum so topics like this can exist and not be put in a random game.

    I know you guys are intelligent enough to make trainers so why not try using some of that intelligence and creating a general discussion section? If one exists, make it easier to find or categorize forums better.

    Seriously though, the captcha crap for the account login needs to be heavily modified, simplified or just removed in general. The fact that you use a captcha to login but NOT use one when registering is just stupid on so many levels. You have your system all backwards for account registration and logging in. It should be captcha for registering to avoid spam account creation, not the opposite.

    On a final note, a friend's account was recently marked as inactive. They didn't share their account details nor their downloaded trainers. They would like to know why that happened and they also sent an email to "nevermore@*".

    Their account name is "mdorin". Please provide a respectable response to this. They have been a paying member for more than a year and recently upgraded to lifetime before the price increased. So if this is some scam to lock their account and have them register a new one in an attempt to pay more money for lifetime, it won't happen and they won't return.

    Guess you missed the word called Boards in the orange bar near the top of the screen. Where you can find many areas to talk in. This should have been put into the Feedback, Complaints or Problems section. Also they should read the TOS to.

    If the site wants to randomly terminate accounts who were paying customers for more than a year and then upgraded to lifetime, then they are making some seriously stupid business moves and will only lose even more business as their reputation gets worse based on those actions.

    I won't be signing up for lifetime, especially having read the information you just posted. It's really shady and unacceptable behavior to simply close/lock a lifetime member's account without reason, regardless of their illustrated ToS details.

    It's the fastest way for dedicated customers to become upset and contact their bank to file a chargeback as they were obviously scammed by the website days later after upgrading to lifetime from their yearly payment.

    Obvious scam is obvious. You want people to continue paying for the yearly plan so you continue your income gain. But closing lifetime membership accounts to attract that type of community is really messed up and unjustified. It's a total "WarZ-ban-anyone" move.

    Good luck with it because I'm sure I'm not the only potential customer you just lost. There will be many more as people write more and more posts/threads about these actions taking place.

    By deleting these posts/threads only shows how afraid the moderators and site owner(s) are of this type of backlash and they should be afraid. So stop doing stupid things and you wouldn't have any reason to feel concern.

    Oh and just an fyi, I am an unlimited member so if my account gets banned for the same reason my friend did, we'll obviously contact our bank and have the payment reversed as it's considered fraud for your site to be terminating accounts without reason even if you try to specify that a reason is not needed. There's still laws that exist around your flawed ToS.

    Is no point to rant out like that and threaten the mod to take action of your friend account...

    I'm sure there is a reason(s) for the mod to mark your buddy as inactive.

    Possible that...

    1) place on inactive for the payment to go thru (the mod had to individually check each payment of each customer then once its cleared, will be place as active with Lifetime member, it may requires couple of days)

    2) Your buddy may have did something really illegal with the trainer and may have not tell you about it

    3) honest mistakes on mod part.

    4) Your buddy may have violate some TOS rule forum. (If you annoy the mod with requests and adding stuff into trainer is enough to get your account suspended)

    I dont know what happen to your buddy account or whats not, but you just gonna be patient, they have alot of work and may not get to you now, but later they will respond to you.

    Threating them wont solve anything and eventually they will ignore your distress

    We were contacted by the owner of the credit card used for your "friend's" unlimited account purchase and was told that it was unauthorized and stolen. So, go tell that to your "friend". If you have a problem with our Captcha, then just don't use the site. Problem solved.

    Also, you said that you won't be signing up for lifetime, which you already have, so maybe you are just mental and that's the reason you can't read the captcha or find the BOARDS link out of the total of 5 that we have at the top of the site.

    Go somewhere else if you want to ***** and moan about bull**** that you have no idea about.

    PS- The reason for the captcha on the SIGNIN page is to prevent people from using bots to hack our user accounts and passwords. You know, to PROTECT accounts like yours from being STOLEN by people like your "friend".

    Upon further inspection it appears that the credit card used for YOUR membership is also fraudulent so we're turning over all IP addresses, names, passwords and other information to the proper authorities. Account closed.

    We also put a call in to the University of Tennessee security department. We'll also be sharing our info with them.
