I hade issues with trainers crashing. I uninstalled Internet Explorer 10 and this fixed the problem.

    I am using Windows 7.

When i went to "Check for updates" i saw Internet Explorer 11 as a update option.

Will some of the trainers have the same crashing issue with Internet Explorer 11 as it did with Internet Explorer 10?

Most likely yes. You can do your own test and uninstall it if it happens to not work.
    Your bitterness, I will dispel

the min IE you need is IE9. I have tones of games on steam/origin etc etc and all their trainers work with on win 7 64bit with IE9. No real need to upgrade it.
