So the issue with these trainer is when there is a computer player involved. That's why it stops working on mission 6 and up. When you play Sandbox mode by yourself it works no problem, when you add a computer player it stops working all together.
Please verify that you use our latest trainer with the latest/updated STEAM version of the game.

Yes I have the most up-to-date trainer and latest steam.
I have also gone through all the troubleshooting. I really enjoy this game and before I made that post I had spent over 3+ hours trying to get the trainer to work lol.
So this is still a problem I realize this is an old game but it would be great if this could be fixed. Again whenever you play with a computer the trainer doesn't work.
