this is what i did to get it to work
enable trainer as instructed
get in game and close all windows to where you are looking at characters
select character you want to edit in game with windows closed
tab out and edit the skill values at the bottom of trainer
tab back in and open character window
it worked for me every time

I think the question you get asked if you want to save level up is what was resetting the values

@rebelflagvl: That's exactly the way it works. If you change the window or close it or anything like that it may display other values. I also recommend to play the game in window mode.

Unlimited Health (Num1) doesn't work. My party still takes dmg

I haven't noticed this issue. But I recommend using unlimited AP option which allows you to win every fight very easiy without taking damage.

The trainer doesn't work. 0x90 saying it can't find the game code.

Is Option 1 supposed to give infinite health to enemies as well?
