Fallout 2 Message Board  

Pulled out the old Character editor I used on the original Fallout 2. Its from the same makers as the one I posted for Fallout.

Extract to anywhere you like, double click to run the program. Once the window is up. Click on browse, find your fallout directory and click on the OK button. Your save file should appear below. Starting from slot01.

Click on which slot you wish to modify. Then click open.
In there you can mod your Stats/Perks/Skills/Traits and Misc stuff like what you have killed. Resistance to damage, Karma, Injuries.This has been tested on vista/win7 OS works with original version that came on disk and works with the 1.02 GOG version.

Cool...FALCHE...I used that one back in the day, but that was like 3 PCs ago, and sadly I did not have it any longer...thanks for posting!
