I do see them having a case tho. EA needs to be hit hard to show the rest of the companies out there to stop doing this
I'd rather see some else getting hit hard other than EA. For some reason everyone always hates on EA. Why is no one complaining about how terribly optimized CoD: Ghosts are?

Because Every game I have runs perfect except fallout 3 xD, I rarely run into bugs. Happend atleast 3 times out of 200 games though, One thing I know is most bugs is caused because a game can't run clean(not all of course) but games are coded for computers that are clean like one you JUST bought and only have this game on. When a pc has been used for long people get more stuff on it, many things will not seem like it but have a minor impact on the game. And the only company I want sued is Valve. All other companys I got contracts with . If the lawsuit against EA gets through it will harm me too. So I'm not one that support it.

I say EA. Because the bought up game franchises and companies that were doing fine on their own in my books. As for the matter of CoD that died when the first MW came out. But from many of my CoD playing mates they have not had issues.
I could say egosoft for the Rebirth incident. But all their other games have worked perfectly fine for me right from the start.
I could say Bethesda. But then again I have not had issues to the point where I could not play any of their games without running into a game breaking bug.
I could say Bioware but they are under EA.
Rockstar for the mess of GTA4 but all other games I have from them work perfectly fine.
Battlefield is one of my top fav modern warfare games. To see it treated this way by EA, is just disgraceful. Plus to still have issues that have not been fixed for some period of time. Is just not right.
Many folk hate EA for their tac and how they work. Along with what they do with their games. As a consumer. I expect my stuff to work to a reasonable degree. That means if its a car get me from A to B without it breaking down. A washing machine it should wash my clothes to a point. Obviously certain things may be harder to remove. Games I expect be able to play the game and not hit game breaking bugs that stop me from playing the game. Like 120 hour game and only say 1 hour 5 into it I hit a game breaking bug that does not just affect me but everyone else. If no fix is done within a reasonable time frame. Which is hard to say on a coding point of view. It still stands, I can not complete the game. Which means I did not get what I was paying for. Which therefor which ever company they released a game which is faulty. Unless a fix is provided the customer is entitled to their money back in my view. Same for an online game if it does not function for the customer and not have a fix then the customer/s are entitled to their cash back.
If a company is known to continually do this or any other style which causes countless issues every time they are liable in my view and be brought to court and fined etc, etc.
