Hello

As subjected I cannot download the trainer. I have disable my firewall. I have looked extensively but cannot find anything on this problem. Thanks for helping me.

Disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software including browser addons and third party apps. Lower browser security. Try different browsers, etc.

If you have AVast or Kasperky, uninstall them.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I was able to download it and it worked while I played for about an hour or two. I returned to play again but when I executed the cheat, Microsoft popped up and said something along the lines of "could not find blah, blah, blah, and the .exe disappeared from my folder.
Very strange
After I downloaded my cheat I
1) unblocked it in properties
2) compatibility = Administrator
3) security tab = all boxes checked

No idea, something on your PC is blocking it. You'll have to figure out what it is an get rid of it.

After I unblock it I ticked read only so that it cannot be changed. It worked this time.
