I am not being able to renew or upgrade my account, i was going for lifetime but everytime i get "Transaction Declined", i try 2 credit cards and nothing.

Transaction declined, usually means missing funds.

Try using a different payment method. Try PayPal.

Then I suggest calling your bank, they are able to see the problem and attempted transactions and why they failed. If they cannot see whats wrong or an attempted transaction it's paypal you need to contact.

Just check on my bank site and discover that my credit card was cloned this weekend. Sorry for the trouble.

Damn not cool. I was informed by my bank. To have another account for online transactions and only put the cash in as needed.
