i cant upgrade to unlimited, my billing adress is wrong? please help

You'll probably have to change the address with the company whose payment type you are using (ex. Paypal, Mastercard, etc.) I believe, as with most online businesses, CH uses third-party billing agencies rather than assume the risk of storing people's personal and credit card information themselves.
