I'm running into the same issue, I've added the trainer and mnn133 to the exclusion on my kaspersky, but still getting the same error message. Tried clearing the cache like you suggested as well, not working either.

Kaspersky has been acting as bad as Avast lately. I would get rid of it and get something better.

Please consult Kaspersky's help files or documentation on how to whitelist files. If that does not work, you may need to disable or uninstall it.
