Does the 'trainer activated' repeat itself or only the 'activated' from the numpad options? If you hear only the 'activated' sound repeat itself than it's probably a key stuck in your keyboard, but most likely an AV or firewall are causing this issue.

That's actually an interesting detail. The next time you're at your university could you generate an offline key for your laptop then try again with your laptop completely disconnected from the internet?
Links and instructions for doing that are on the troubleshooting guide:

Could be the System Admin of your Uni network has blocked specific ports and protocols which may result in your trainer/s unable to communicate back to the CH server.
Just wish you gave us all that info originally :P

okay now i tested it^^, some trainer works some not, dunno why. But i asked^^ my Univercity Administrator. He said the Univercity blocks things like Teamspeak, Origin(cant play battlefield 3/4 haha) and all things with steam, and sites. Hehe^^
Tested it with a offline key, Offline key works everywhere...... only my univercity some trainers dont work. (i use wifi from my univercity.
