The best pokemon to use to beat the ELITE FOUR is to use a Kyogre about a level 80-100. The recommended moves are Water pulse (Weak but effective), Thunder (Strange for a water pokemon to know a electric move but it can), Sheer cold (Rubbish accuracy but a ONE-KO hit!), Water Spout( Like a ONE-KO hit always use when enemy has full HP. if u need any more help send me PM.

a strong level breloom that knows giga drain,leech seed;mach punch(this kills ice and dark easily), and any move you want.
Kyogre/groudon=
hydro pump/fire blast sheer cold/solarbeam surf/earthquake dive/ fissure Medicham=physcic,hijumpkick,any other moves you want Aggron=earthquake,bite, rock throw, hyper beam snowrunt= ice beam, hail, bite, headbutt Flygon/salamence= dig/fly fly/dragon breath dragon breath/flamethrower your choice/your choice
