I don't understand the comment. I just spent $95 in a lifetime membership and the second trainer I download is identified as a major threat by my antivirus.
Shouldn't I be allowed to voice my concern?

I understand the concept of false positive and I will update to the latest version of my antivirus to make sure this is no longer an issue and that I can install the trainer without having to spend 3 hours on how to bypass my antivirus.

Since you are the co-founder of this website you are probably much more skilled in computer software that I am. But this is also the reason why I accept to pay for trainers instead of developing them myself

I am welcoming any explanation helping me building more confidence but I will pass on your offer to redirect me to anonymous Chinese website though

Thank you neo7 for spending the time to do some research on the issue I mentionned. I am using the virus definition 1.173.371.0 on Windows 8.1 (it looks like it is the latest one for my computer) and Windows Defender still doesn't allow me to open (...)\AppData\Local\Temp\~Mnn133.tmp and I can't install the trainer.

It is in MS's hands for now.

We have absolutely no control over which trainers are falsely flagged by various AVs. For example, Google Chrome flagged one of our trainers as a super-malicious threat to all mankind. We simply renamed the file and then magically it was no longer marked as a threat and was perfectly safe. SAME EXACT FILE WITH A DIFFERENT FILENAME. We will never understand the reasoning behind it and there is nothing we can do except assure you that we do not load our software up with trojans or other viruses.

none of cheat happens trainers are virus/trojan etc. its anti-virus softwares fault. use them comfortably. i never had a problem with CH trainers. and thank you for baldurs gate 2 ee edition trainers

Perhaps it is just me, but anyone else having problem getting the editor portion of the trainer working?
