I still need a savegame.

After playing the game a couple more hours and redownloading the save game editor once again... I no longer get errors. Must have just been a corrupted save file or download. Sorry I don't have any savefile to send that makes errors anymore. Thanks for the support though

I've fixed it yesterday. The savegame both of you had aren't corrupt but the savegame structure changed slightly.

Just a heads up for everyone. If you modify a faction to "0 (zero)" it is removed from the editor for editing. I'm not sure if this was updated since I can't remember when I downloaded the editor.

I simply attacked the faction I wanted to change again and then it showed up in the editor again.

I have some suggestions for some updates if you're interested.
I was looking around in my .xml save file and I found my ship that was being built. It told me the station was waiting for supplies to continue construction.

It would be awesome to be able to give supplies to the station. I can change numbers but it doesn't seem to start construction but it doesn't start construction. I don't know the proper wording to change it too.

Also, like canceling a frigates orders, it would be great to be able to cancel a ship build.

Oh, also being able to edit NPC skills would be great. I can do it on my own but doing it in the editor what be much easier.

How do you change Plutarch standings? I can't find it in the editor.
also the readme says:
Edit: Player's relation to a specific faction (+11 factions)
Edit: Enemies relation to a specific faction (+27 enemies * ~24 factions)
I only see 11, not 11+ and I don't see where to edit enemies Vs. faction..

Editor seems interesting, just out of curiosity can one use the editor to change stuff like ship shield strenght, shield regen, increase in weapon damage for lasers and missiles?

you don't need to do that @Naturas.
1. Start the editor.
2. Check for notifications from BD.
3. Check out the notification.
4. Click "allow and monitor"
