Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I just signed up for an UNLIMITED 1 yr membership
I am trying to download the Arkham Origins trainer
it downloads to a very small file(3-4 KB ) and then I cannot open it using several unzip programs
I tried
WinZip
Jzip
7-ZIP

they all tell me the file cannot be extracted

is there some waiting period before I can download a good file to open?

All trainers are unlimated only so no need to wait to be able to download one. WHEN you have been upgraded which is sounds like you have. Some anti-virus' doesn't like CH's .exe files it sometimes sees injections as virus' so I suggest disabling your anti-virus and maybe switching browser. Google Chrome never gave me any trouble.

EDIT: Lol I saw Winzip as Winrar... Should have suggested that.. Sorry.

Try Winrar, if that also fails disable/uninstall av/firewall.

same result
it says file extraction ended suddenly
I was able to download and unzip the save game file for Arkham origins with no problems
will try to disable my anti-virus program
but can I ask...
would the AV program be preventing WINRAR from working or preventing me from downloading a good file?
it had no issues with the save game file..only the trainer is a problem

You need to clear your Browser cache. By the sounds of it.

cleaned cache
tried another download
file is only 8KB
WINRAR wont open it
kinda frustrating given I just spent $50 for a membership and I cant open the trainer
sigh..

Disable AV and keep in mind a save game and trainer are 2 different things so it is very likely it blocks it since we seen it before also try switch browser some has AV too

Uninstall your AV completely and try again.
