Sadly the question was asked and they stated that bit was not going to change. They are adamant for that to the the Open PVP Area.

Then just don't go there, and stay somewhere else. Open PVP areas are never made for leveling anyway.

I love Elder Scroll games, but do not like MMO's. Sadly, I'll have to pass on this one.

Well I can tell you they are making another sp game. But it wont be any time soon. That is all I can say.

That is understandable on that. But most who RP. Only PvP when they wish to do it.
