Gate puzzle help needed

    I'm stuck with the gate puzzle after jumping into the life spring and talked to Ghamat. It's the one with the 3 rotating rings like the previous simpler gate puzzle in the game.

    Only this gate I don't understand the riddles from the 3 writings on the wall.

    Please help! Thanks.
