So, I read the sticky about upgrades needing to happen manually. In the meantime, my account says "UNLIMITED" in status, and I can download cheats, but they return the "User has been banned" error when I try to run them. Wondering how I will know when my account has been fully upgraded, and thus when the trainers will work, and if I need to redownload them after my account has been upgraded, or if they will work automatically.

You had a trial account that was allowed to expire and now your system has cached the block. You will need to clear all browsers, system and network device caches and reboot everything. If that doesn’t work, your ISP may have it cached and you will have to wait for it to clear on its own.

The trial account was almost a year ago. . . I've cleared bunches of my internet history since then.

I'm telling you that is the problem. When I run your personalized trainer on my PC it authenticates and runs fine. Your account was upgraded properly.

Okay, thank you. Working on figuring out how to clear all that now.

Okay, how do you clear system and network device caches? Browsers are easy, but all I can find about clearing network device and system caches is less then helpful. In fact, they say clearing the system cache is a BAD idea.

My machine is Windows 7, desktop plugged into a router that is wireless capable.

OPEN IE, CLICK ON TOOLS-->INTERNET OPTIONS-->DELETE-->CHECK ALL BOXES AND CLICK ON DELETE BELOW.
ALSO DISCONNECT AND RECONNECT THE ROUTER IF POSSIBLE.
