Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I'm not sure if this is going to be me or if this is others, but I'm not able to download some of the trainers on the sight, the most notable (and my personal favorite games) are Skyrim, Xcom Enemy Unknown, and Torchlight just to name a couple that I've found.

I've tried with both Google Chrome and Mozilla, neither will work. Mozilla gives me a 'source file is unavailable' error, and Chrome just said there were network issues. Win8 system with IE removed.

Any thoughts/ideas would be appreciated.

Disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software including browser addons and third party apps. Lower browser security. Try different browsers, etc.

I have done all of these things, and still cannot extract trainers. This was never a problem until about 3 days ago, and happens with all the trainers I download. When I extract the trainer, the window says that the folder is empty. It's the same with IE and google chrome, and happens when I save the file or just click open. Please help, if you can.

Sounds like a sort of protection program that quarantines the files, disable/uninstall all av and firewalls, also check win defender if it recognized the files as a threat although it's pretty rare but there was an update to defender few days ago which could cause the issue.

Ah, I had been focusing on the AV and firewall, but not defender. Thanks for the tip. I'll post the results here in case anyone else is having the same issue.

The problem lies at your end (defender, firewall etc.)
just confirmed the mentioned downloads work for me.

Yes, it appears to be an issue on my end. Very frustrating.
