issue with downloading latest trainer for bf4 able to download other trainers of other games, but this one get failed-network error

Disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software including browser addons and third party apps. Lower browser security. Try different browsers, etc.

Download "CCleaner" und clean your browser cache.
That helps me everytime!

HI~ thanks for your help

my question is :
i have download the trainer(3/31 vision) to the BF4 directory and launch it before the game(useing the Orign to login), but it's not work with game (no activated)and it's no any tips
i have tried the following step :
1.first i thinks about the antivirus so i have close down the antivirus but it's still not work (Norton™ Internet Security).
2.uninstall the game..still it's not work so what can i do?

p.s:my system is the win8 64bit
