Hi,

i had today upgraded my account on lifetime,
now i downloaded a trainer for Rome 2 but the trainer says Invalid Trainer User.

I had clear my cache i restartet the router and the cable modem.
Restarted the pc. deactivated AV/Firewall but nothing works.

please help.

You had a trial account that was allowed to expire and now your system has cached the block. You will need to clear all browsers, system and network device caches and reboot everything. If that doesn’t work, your ISP may have it cached and you will have to wait for it to clear on its own.
