Yep. I do not understand why. Those that do that and say games or movies made them do it. Only say that to get out of paying for what they did. Its bull. Am aggressive but thats not from games. That is just me.

Not every people especially gamers on earth have IQ more than 1000 & as smart + wise as U !

Its so much better to take precaution to prevent any insane people to try to imitate or copy act from games to real life incident!

Crime never stop & bad people always exist everywhere anywhere anytimes

Not every people on earth live with great family + living in comfort + have someone to talk out their problem & surely have brain that think right & clearly

Games are means to be just games, but when games dev starting to imitate many real life situation & condition in their games to be as real as itu could, surely it would better to prevent some insane people to do bad things because they getting influenced by games that made they think its so funny & easy to take other people life

Its not that really per say. Its more to the point you will be liable for your actions in game. Basically you kill civies in a war game. You have committed a war crime. That is what I get from what the RC wants. We will get criminal records lol

Technically I could be pulled up for massive premeditated war crimes and mass murders heck even genocide if the laws were allowed to do that.

But my statement still stand. Games are not real life. Games do not make people go out. Steal, murder or rape people or animals. It is the person that does it. They can not blame it on the games and should not be allowed to.

They're saying that doing actions like killing civilians, etc. should set you back to the last checkpoint. Not go on a permanent file linked to your gamertag, credit card, etc. They just want video games to discourage acting like a **** in a war game. Like how, if you kill 1 or more "teammates", games will often load the last save point with a reminder about friendly fire. The Red Cross wants that for all war crimes.

The issue is that a regulatory organization is once again sticking their nose into business that is no business of their own. I've yet to see verifiable, concrete, un-circumstantial evidence that videos games are THE thing that makes people go ape and kill/commit crimes. I admit, the violence in some games probably doesn't help people who are ALREADY pre-dispositioned to commit crimes, but I bet that the percentage of people who commit crimes like Columbine, Newtown, and the DC Naval Yard shooting is sooooooo minute compared to the amount of people who play violent video games and lead perfectly normal, well-adjusted lives.

Besides, equating the commission of mass murder to the act of playing violent video games is like saying having blonde hair is definitively related to how much oxygen you inhaled during your elementary school years while wearing your favorite t-shirt. Yes, it's an exaggeration, but it gets my point across and shows how ridiculous equating playing video games to committing violent crimes is.

Governments (and other regulatory bodies) are getting too big and they are smothering their respective economies and the people they govern with regulations and red-tape (half of which people don't even want/need) in addition to trying to force their political agendas on other countries and organizations who are not really under their authority to begin with.
