It looks like that the file is damaged, every time I download it and try to unpack it, it says "Unexpected end of archive" tried to turn off AV, got UAC turned off permanently and still can't open it and yes I'm using 7-Zip, any suggestions peeps

I seem to be having trouble with the super damage vs. Units. vehicles, buildings. First three cheats work a charm but when I activate them, they seem to do the opposite. I.e. little damage. Am I doing something wrong?
