Ok, ill give you a hint Binky Ultimate Blacksmith is located near geffen goto left of geffen and you should be able to find him. As for the Ultimate Merchent you have to find him with flywings and do what I said before...
I ment to say ultimate merchent, not blacksmith I'm bad... 😵
But since I told you about the ult. blacksmith he will refine everything to its max.
i'm sry for the confusion...

P.S. I think I should let you guys find these things out your self.... To much help will ruin the game....

the ultimate blacksmith requires an emperium and 1,000,000 zeny so u might want to start saving ur zeny..

Picture has been sent I did it on the offline server real quick so there is no npc there, but thats where he should be.
