GFWL has actually been the cause of many games not starting at all. One of them was Batman Arkham City. When they removed it. It ran perfectly fine for those that could not bypass GFWL at all. There is many others users having the same issue with Fable 3. So many of use are waiting for it to be removed from all the games. So those that can not bypass can play.
