I've made a save editor with the use of PFM Library.

My part of the code is released under the WTFPL.

REQUIRES .Net Framework 4.5.1

Update: 17/09 quickfix for improperly saving skill information
Update: 25/09 Added ancillary editing and army editing
Update: 27/09 fix army stats saving
Update: 09/02 completely rewritten. added army unit editing
Update: 12/07 fixed bugs and updated schema and packfilemanager dlls
Update: 03/08 Allow custom pack files loading. You should be able to load your own language files and other mod files now.
Update: 10/08 Fixed army unit loading
changed description of unit editing box to "Units"
improved control scaling
Known bug: controls not shrinking once expanded
Update: 16/08 Fixed some UI Bugs...
Update: 26/02/2015 Should work with Attila now

Is there any way of altering the General's skills (night attacks etc) using this and editing their gravitas?

I'm sorry I am kind of new in modding. Can you please send me a link on how do I proceed to change the skills after I run the .exe?

fire up the app. Load your game save. Then select items with the comboboxes. Make changes and click save.

Ok thanks I thought I had to do something else... The .exe doesn't launch even if I set the game path right (F:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Total War Rome II)

Have you installed .Net4.5?
