just wondering if you can really finish this game or you just keep on leveling up forever ?

You can. Reputation level 100 is the max.

Well you could keep playing, if you were still hunting for that illusive infamous mask, or wanted to hit some insanely high amount of money in your offshore account. Reputation of 100 already takes an insane amount of time though.

I'm reputation 100, and got 5 infamous masks.

You can play forever, really. Getting to level 100 is the most obvious goal, right now. I don't doubt that they'll expand the level cap in the future (similar to Overkill 145+ in the first game). It's like a lot of multiplayer games where there is no definitive end.

plus don´t forget, there is a big update still coming with 7-day missions and presumably a level cap increase.
