I usually just go to the safehouse and hold down the EXP button for around four minutes.
Four minutes = 1-3 levels starting at 75, I forgot about the rate when I was 60.

How do you exit in to the SafeHouse ? I try in your way, went to the laptop and clicked exit. Nothing happened again

Holding your interaction key until that progress circle completes should take you back to the main menu.

You have to be in a mission to get XP.
First start the Payday 2 Trainer. Then start PD2. When you are in the main menu press F1 key to activate. You should hear "Trainer activated." Then start Crime.net offline mode or go to your safe house. Pressing the Add XP button gives you about 1,000 XP each press. You keep the XP even if you don't finish the mission. So press it as long as you want and then quit the mission.

Yeah sadly only gives 1k exp per press, so if you're already above level 50, it will take quite a few presses before you see much of any difference.

It would be nice then the Trainer Writes add a extra Option for 10.000 XP.
Or I'm going to make a Macro for my Logitech.

Speaking of Macros, has anyone been able to make one that works, asides from setting something on the keyboard and walking away?
