So, I have no idea why I got attrition (Red Skull) all of my armies. While also having Plaque (Falling green things from the sky) on my City.
Its not food I know because I got loads of it.
My best bet from the internet is enemy poisoning my food, but don't know where the source is.
Anyone know how to fix this?

If you have slums, then plague is soon to follow.

It's attrition, due to plague, food, also being in heavily snowed cold regions if you wander from road can sometimes cause attrition, also, when your in enemy territory.
EA is the anti-Midas touch company. Everything they touch turns to garbage.

The stuff falling from the sky is not plague, its on cities that are affected by a edict
