typically your router has a "set-up" page where you can view your network, set restrictions, block/unblock stuff based upon various things like IP addresses or MAC addresses...junk like that. Typically this site allows you to view all devices connected to your network (wireless or otherwise) and allows you to set permissions, configure devices etc... Usually you access this through your web browser.
The site address should be in your router set-up guides somewhere or you could do a quick search on Google to find it, just be careful if you use Google There are a lot of fake set-up sites out there though so I'd check your router set-up literature first or call your ISP...
